A celebration of his life and achievements

The European Foundation for Cluster Excellence organized a celebration of Subira’s contributions to the Competitiveness and Cluster initiations. In such special event, different qualified visions and perspectives in competitiveness policies were discussed. A commissioned case by the Foundation was taught: “Continuous policy development and learning clusters in the Basque Country”. Jon Azua was invited to participate in this session.

The case discussion was facilitated by the case’s authors (James Wilson, Emily Wise and Madeline Smith). Other key speakers: Christian Ketels, Emiliano Duck and Alberto Pezzi.
